We feature a California style barbecue. Our finest choice meat is seasoned with Jack rabbit seasonings, then bbq’d

to perfection to enhance the maximum flavor of the meat. And NO we don’t hide the flavor of the meat with barbecue sauce. We enhance our meat with incredible side sauces.

Every event is different; therefore, all pricing is not included. However, we are available to help you make decisions to stay within your budget.

is an extra charge.

Our services range from Buffet, Family Style and Full Service.

Our Banquet menu is Buffet Style unless requested.

Our Full Service package is based on rental of table settings plus labor.

You may pay by cash, check or charge “$5.00 fee for charging”
